Running Aces Harness Park is committed to supporting causes that contribute to the well-being of our community and environment. Please know that we receive several requests every month and that each submission is given consideration.

Any charitable donation request must be submitted in writing and should be planned at least 6 weeks prior to the event. Running Aces reviews all requests submitted the end of each month. In order for us to consider your request we require the following information:

• Name of organization or group
• Products / the amount of monetary donation requested
• Event solicitor’s contact information: name, address, phone number, email & affiliation
• Name of the event & date
• Amount of people involved in the project & projected amount of attendees (if applicable)
• Organization website
• Opportunity for text links or logos
